Returns Policy

• Due to hygiene concerns, opened or used Wonder Wipe rolls are not eligible for return.
• Sealed, unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

• If your product arrives damaged, send clear photos to Support@layerfresh.in within 48 hours of delivery.
• Once verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
• COD refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
• After dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
